As an experienced health care attorney and founder of London Legal Consulting, LLC, Catherine counsels clients on a wide range of issues impacting the health care industry. Clients look to Catherine for practical, strategic advice informed by her deep expertise in health law, clinical research, and transactional arrangements.

Catherine has served as outside counsel to health care providers and life sciences companies across the country, including top ranked health systems, hospitals, medical device companies, independent medical practices, independent health care practitioners, and long-term care providers. She advises clients on strategic affiliations and transactions, fraud and abuse laws, licensing requirements, scope of practice, clinical research, FDA regulations, transparency reporting, and Medicare and Medicaid requirements. By developing a thorough understanding of each client’s business objectives, internal operations, and key stakeholders, Catherine works collaboratively with her clients to deliver results that advance their strategic aims.

Catherine began her legal career in the health law group at Fredrikson & Byron, a leading midwest law firm. Her experience also includes secondments at some of the world’s leading health systems and medical device companies.

Catherine teaches Health Care Compliance Laws and Regulations at Mitchell Hamline School of Law and serves on the board of directors of Cancer Legal Care, a Minnesota non-profit that provides free legal services to individuals affected by cancer.
